Alexis L. Cirel Hosts Celebration of New Surrogacy Law in Birmingham, Michigan

Practice leader Alexis L. Cirel recently became barred in Michigan, where she is at the forefront of the state’s new surrogacy legislation. Alexis, who attended the University of Michigan for both her undergraduate degree and for law school, hosted a celebration in partnership with Alcea surrogacy to commemorate the legalization of surrogacy in Michigan. While in Michigan, Alexis, along with Associate Rose Vacanti Gilroy, met with fertility clinics, attorneys, and other industry leaders in the state.
