BIO
Suzanne Thau is a Partner in the Trusts & Estates Department. She concentrates her practice in estate and tax planning, advising individuals with:
- Preparation of wills and trust agreements
- Preparation and review of probate petitions and federal estate tax returns
- Trust administration, including preparation and review of trust accountings, receipt and release agreements, decanting documents, and various Surrogate’s Court petitions.
- Development of tax driven solutions for clients in various situations, including those with limited partnership and closely held corporate interests.
